Clubs & Societies
Extracurricular engagement and networking.
Beyond the Classroom
FUAZ strongly encourages students to participate in registered clubs and societies. These groups foster leadership skills, professional networking, and deep, lasting friendships outside of the grueling academic timetables.
Prominent Associations
- Departmental Associations: e.g., Nigerian Association of Agricultural Students (NAAS), Veterinary Medical Students Association (VUMSA).
- Enactus FUAZ: A global community of student leaders committed to using entrepreneurial action to transform lives.
- The Debate & Literary Club: Organizes inter-college public speaking tournaments and poetry slams.
- Amnesty International (Campus Chapter): Focuses on human rights advocacy.
Registration: All clubs must be officially registered with the Dean of Students' Affairs (DSA). Unregistered associations holding meetings on campus will face disciplinary action.
