Examination Rules & Regulations
The University maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards examination malpractice. To ensure a smooth, fair, and secure examination process, all candidates must strictly observe the following rules:
- Candidates must arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled paper time for biometric verification.
- Students without their official University ID Card and Examination Clearance Form will NOT be allowed into the hall.
- Mobile phones, smartwatches, programmable calculators, and any piece of unauthorized blank or written paper are strictly prohibited.
- Silence must be maintained at all times. Communicating with other candidates during an ongoing examination is an offense punishable by expulsion.
- No candidate may leave the hall within the first 45 minutes of the examination, nor in the final 15 minutes of the examination time.
Grading System
FUAZ operates a 5-point Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) system as prescribed by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
